I had a very bad experience with "Hot Touch Home and Hotel Service Massage". I requested for a therapist who is good in Xiamen Foot Reflexology and body massage. I prefer hard massage thus, was recommended to get a male therapist

The one they sent was not what I requested nor what they claim to be very good. The therapist was neither able to give enough pressure or properly press the sore muscles.

The therapist sensing my dissatisfaction, volunteered that he is unable to give 100% because he is feeling dizzy. He further added that this was because he has not eaten yet.

He asked for understanding. I immediately asked him to immediately stop and rest. I was planning to feed him. But he insisted to just leaving. So I let him leave. (On hindsight, when I first saw the therapist, I should have asked if he is feeling dizzy already since he looks so pale and perspiring a lot.)

I firmly believe that the owners & management of Hot Touch should have a standard process on how to maintain quality service to their clients. They owe their clients good quality service since we are paying patrons. Situations like these (conditions of their therapists) should be managed well by them. How can they expect clients to keep on patronizing their business when they don't even take care of their staff, image and name?

Establishments like this give bad reputation to Home Service Massages.

I advise you not to try them...
